1. Professional Philosophy & Value-Based Engagements

• Architectural Framework: The Company does not sell linear hours; we architect agricultural and procurement systems. All consulting, advisory, and infrastructure engineering services are quoted and billed based on institutional scale, risk mitigation impact, system redesign complexity, and long-term savings generated.

• No Exploitation: We price services according to structural justice. We do not underprice to gain approval, nor do we overcharge to exploit urgency.

2. Proprietary Intellectual Property & Traditional Knowledge

• Ownership of Frameworks: All content, designs, CAD system layouts, architectural permaculture plans, irrigation tempos, closed-loop systems (including our proprietary 7-loop framework), research, white papers, and digital guides are the exclusive intellectual property of The AGRICOLA Company.

• Creole Seed Sovereignty & TEK: We fiercely protect Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) and Creole Seed Sovereignty. Unauthorized commercial exploitation, reproduction, or distribution of our proprietary seed preservation methodologies, structural systems, or intellectual assets without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Operational Pace & Availability

To honor our Time & Labor Ethics and ensure sustainable impact, The AGRICOLA Company operates on a Regenerative Operational Pace Model:

• Monday – Tuesday: Dedicated strictly to Consultancy (Strategy, reporting, policy research, and ESG writing).

• Wednesday – Thursday: Dedicated to Procurement Hub actions (Aggregating local seeds for wholesale buyers).

• Friday: Reserved for Field Immersion Visits (Farm Tours) and urgent internal updates. Non-emergency inquiries received outside of these allocated pillars will be processed during the respective operational block.

4. Multi-Stakeholder & Institutional Contracts

• Partnerships: We engage with a diverse ecosystem including institutional buyers, public school systems (e.g., Broward County Public Schools), healthcare networks, city governments, and global infrastructure partnerships.

• Compliance & Delivery: All institutional procurement, warehousing, vendor agreements, and public-private supply chain operations are subject to supplemental Master Service Agreements (MSAs), municipal compliance guidelines, and local agricultural governance regulations.

5. User Conduct & Website Restrictions

You agree not to use this website or our materials to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international agricultural, data privacy, or trade laws.

• Scrape, harvest, or copy our data, white papers, or community-mapping layouts for unauthorized commercial use.

• Attempt to disrupt our digital infrastructure or distribution platforms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• Our systems are designed for systemic resilience, famine prevention, and community dignity. However, agricultural outcomes are inherently subject to ecological, climate, and geopolitical variables.

• To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, The AGRICOLA Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from agricultural fluctuations, supply chain delays within public-private networks, or the implementation of open-source urban homesteading techniques.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions stemming from these terms shall be filed in the courts located within Broward County, Florida.
